What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that sometimes it’s necessary to re-schedule appointments.
We ask that you give notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment and we will gladly reschedule. In the event that you are unable to give sufficient notice, a cancellation fee of $150 may apply to spa appointments. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

 

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

For initial consultations and appointments, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to complete all necessary paperwork.

 

Do you offer gift certificates?

Ideal for any occasion, give the gift of refreshed skin to the special people in your life. They can be purchased in any denomination at Sobel Skin directly or by phone.
 
 

Do you have a referral program?

Yes, it’s part of our Lifestyle Palette Membership Program. If you refer a new customer, we will add apply credits to your membership account, which can be used toward spa treatments and/or products.
 
 

Do you accept health insurance?

No, we do not accept health insurance.
